Scheduled Delivery
At Titlli & Co., we provide a scheduled delivery option, allowing you to choose your preferred delivery date during checkout. While we strive to fulfill orders on the selected date in 95% of cases, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock availability, courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors. If your order is not delivered within 15 days, we will automatically issue a full refund, no action required on your part.

Delivery Timeframes
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days from the shipping date. The exact delivery time may vary depending on factors like your location, courier efficiency, and order volume during busy periods. We will notify you in the event of any substantial delays.

Shipping Costs & Charges
We offer free shipping across India for standard deliveries. However, additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or rural areas. If you opt for express delivery, there will be extra shipping costs, which will be communicated to you before checkout. You’ll have the option to either proceed with the order or modify it based on the final shipping charges.

International Shipping
We also ship internationally, but all orders are subject to a verification process before dispatch. Some products may not be eligible for international delivery due to country-specific regulations. If we cannot ship an item internationally, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. Please note, customers are responsible for any import duties or additional customs fees levied by their country’s authorities.

Order Tracking & Courier Partners
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. We primarily use Amazon Shipping for its reliability and efficiency. In cases where Amazon Shipping is unavailable, we will rely on alternative trusted courier services.

Lost Shipments & Delayed Deliveries
In the rare event of a shipment being lost during transit, we will conduct a thorough investigation and work toward resolving the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either a refund or a replacement. We encourage customers to promptly report any delivery concerns so we can address them as quickly as possible.
