Customized & Personalized Products
Since our customized hampers and personalized items are made just for you, they are non-returnable. Before completing your purchase, please ensure that all customization details are correct. In the rare event that an error occurs on our end, we will work swiftly to provide you with a fair solution.

Incorrect or Defective Products
If you’ve received the wrong item or a defective product, please return it to us before we process a replacement. You are free to use any courier service, and we will reimburse you for the shipping costs once we receive and confirm the return.

Refund Process & Timeframe
Refunds for domestic orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days, while international refunds may take around 10-14 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout.
