Terms & Conditions – Titlli & Co.

Welcome to Titlli & Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or in-person, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before placing any order.

1. Business Information

Titlli & Co. is a sole proprietorship gifting and packaging brand based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
All financial transactions, deliveries, and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the jurisdiction of Indore courts.

2. Orders & Customisation

  • All products are made to order, unless explicitly marked as “ready to ship.”
  • Customisation details—such as names, dates, colours, logos, or themes—must be approved in writing (via WhatsApp or email).
  • Once approval is given, no further changes, cancellations, or refunds will be entertained.
  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or décor may occur due to handmade nature and raw material differences. Such variations do not qualify as defects.
  • Titlli & Co. reserves the right to reject an order if the requested design or message violates ethical, religious, or copyright guidelines.

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice, based on market conditions or material costs.
  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all customised and bulk orders.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before dispatch or pickup.
  • Orders not paid in full will not be shipped or released.
  • Accepted payment modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, or other approved online methods.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customised or bulk orders.
  • Prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges, unless otherwise specified.

4. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on customised or personalised products.
  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.
  • The advance amount is strictly non-refundable.
  • Under exceptional circumstances, if cancellation is permitted, a cancellation fee will apply as determined by Titlli & Co.
  • Ready-to-ship or standard products may be eligible for cancellation only before dispatch, subject to approval.

5. Damage & Replacement Policy

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, you must send a continuous unboxing video (showing the sealed package) within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Without video proof, no claim or complaint will be accepted.
  • Only if approved, replacement will cover only the damaged item(s), not the entire order.
  • Titlli & Co. is not liable for courier mishandling, transit delays, or stolen parcels once shipped. However, we will assist in coordinating with the courier wherever possible.
  • Courier delays/damage caused by third-party logistics are not our responsibility, but we assist wherever possible

6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

  • Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of booking.
  • Express or urgent orders may incur an additional charge.
  • Once dispatched, Titlli & Co. cannot be held responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges are extra unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
  • Customers may also opt for self-pickup from Indore, by prior appointment only.

7. Bulk, Wedding & Corporate Orders

  • For wedding hampers, trousseau packaging, and corporate gifting, a minimum 15–45 days lead time is required depending on the order volume.
  • Branding elements such as name tags, logo printing, and personalised messages are charged separately, unless included in the quotation.
  • Bulk orders require written confirmation, approved samples (if applicable), and full payment before production.

8. Product Care

  • Hampers and gifts may include edible, scented, or fragile items. Proper handling and storage after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Titlli & Co. will not be responsible for issues such as melting, breakage, expiry, or misuse after delivery.
  • Please follow product-specific care instructions where applicable.

9. Creative, Branding & Copyright Rights

  • All product designs, photos, packaging styles, and creative concepts are the intellectual property of Titlli & Co.
  • We reserve the right to use photos and videos of client orders for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise before dispatch.
  • Any unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our designs, packaging, or media content is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

10. Legal & Dispute Clause

  • All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from orders, services, or use of our website shall be governed by Indian law.
  • The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
  • Titlli & Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
